A Special Urn

This urn was burned for a local couple whose young adult son passed away due to illness one year ago. The mother and her father wanted me to burn a special piece for his ashes. They purchased and provided the urn and we talked together about the design and layout. Below are photos of the progress of the piece. The first photo is of the initial art transfer, next is the burned outline, then the completed piece with the lettering burned in and a border around the logo section at the bottom.

I always feel so honored when people trust me with these kind of life-dedication memorial pieces.

Here’s another Memorial Urn and Box I burned.
